We are a FULL-TIME, privately owned tutorial and test preparation center and accredited non-traditional private school with a successful 33-year record of enabling students in the community to meet their academic goals and potential!
Our instructors have earned advanced degrees, have teaching experience, and are professional, adult teachers.
Our learning environment is professional, quality controlled, and free from distractions and interruptions, thus conducive to the learning process.
Study skill assessments are administered to all new students to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of their current study strategies.
Achievement and/or cognitive testing may be administered and are decided upon on a case-by-case basis.
A program of instruction is tailored for each student which is specifically designed to meet the needs and goals of that particular student.
Our students meet with the same instructor during each session for consistency and to develop a working relationship together. This regular, consistent schedule ensures that substantial academic progress is achieved for the student.
Conferences are conducted with our students’ parents or with our adult learners to exchange feedback about the effectiveness of sessions, student’s satisfaction with sessions, and his/her progress realized thus far.
We offer in person and virtual session times between 3 pm and 8 pm on Mondays – Thursday, 10 am – 5 pm on Fridays, and 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm on Sundays. Sunday sessions are available August through May.
The learning resources utilized during sessions are from nationally recognized publishers with a proven track record of success. The teaching methods presented have proven successful, as well.
Our student/instructor ratio is 1:1 or 2:1.
